All my packages are available in two formats:
Without daily contact, in a so-called "Do It Yourself" version, which includes two 30-minute sessions after the start of the programme, or with daily contact for 1, 2, 3 or more weeks.

At any time you can decide to switch from the Do It Yourself package to daily contact, I give my customers complete flexibility.
